Please don’t ask why, as for that question, we have no reasoning. The founders of Wahoo Health witnessed, and quite frankly, were part of the same slow process throughout their decades of work in the employee benefits industry. Despite their repeated attempts to encourage carriers to move towards a digital platform, insurance companies were very set in their ways or were simply too big to pivot towards the modern-day buying process, and failed to recognize the need for change.
